Shipping / Return Policy

Our current shipping rates are $6.95 for all purchases within the U.S. up to $75.
Purchases over $75 are shipped for free within the U.S.  The order should total $75 or more before taxes, rebates and promotions.

The current shipping rates are promotional and highly subsidized. Nature Certified reserves the right to change these rates at any time.
We ship through a variety of options and through different carriers. These include USPS, Fedex, UPS etc.  For deliveries within the Bay Area, we may choose to personally drop off the shipment when appropriate. This policy applies to retail sales only and not wholesale shipments. For our wholesale policy, please email support@naturecertified.com

If the consumer wants to use their shipping account, we can accommodate that request through an offline process. The customer must choose "Pick up from Warehouse location" option during checkout, and call or email us with their account information.

We do offer pick up from our warehouse location by appointment only. The customer can select this option at check out and coordinate with us for a time to pick up the merchandise.

At Nature Certified, we will accept returns/exchanges on items as long as they are not opened, used, damaged, soiled, or have damaged packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product if it is unopened within 30 days. The product must be shipped back in the exact condition as it was sent.  Nature Certified is not responsible for the return shipping charges unless the wrong product has been shipped. If the package has been damaged or lost in transit, we will make sure to make an arrangement according to your needs and satisfaction.
